Sara Saheban received her Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Law from Rutgers University and joins our team with several years of professional experience in Management and Executive support roles. At Alliance Technologies, Sara is the Executive Assistant to the CEO. She assists in business development, client communications, marketing and sales so you may meet Sara at tradeshows and meetings.

Scott Tittle – Laboratory Operations

Scott Tittle has many years of experience in inorganic analytical chemistry, specializing in the analysis of metals and the physical properties in various matrices. He received his Chemistry degree from Grand Valley State University (B.S.), where his studies focused on analytical chemistry and analytical instruments. After receiving his degree, Scott joined an environmental testing laboratory and managed 2 laboratory sections within the company. At Unimin Corporation, an application-focused minerals company, Scott served as General Manager of Analytical Services for 11 years, responsible for the operation of multiple laboratories. Joining Alliance Technologies in 2014, he currently supervises laboratory operations.

Leanne Ermert, M.S. – Quality Assurance Associate

Leanne Ermert earned a Master of Science degree in Analytical Chemistry from Temple University following a B.S. in Chemistry and minor in mathematics from Chatham University. She brings years of laboratory and quality experience to Alliance Technologies from her previous jobs as analytical research chemist and regulatory compliance contact at Church & Dwight. Her expertise in analytical testing, manufacturing processes, research & development as well as quality systems and compliance allows Leanne to manage the quality programs at Alliance Technologies to ensure the laboratory runs efficiently and in compliance with federal/state regulations and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP/GLP).

Vicki Tittle – Front Office Administrator

Vicki Tittle has worked in customer service for more than twenty years in multiple industries. At Alliance Technologies, Vicki is the Front Office Administrator. She manages front office operations, answers calls, and greets customers. She is also responsible for assisting with sample intake, receiving payment info, and keeping clients updated on sample arrival, login or status.

Yi Wang, Ph.D. – Senior Scientist

Dr. Yi Wang received his Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry degree from the Academy of Sciences in Beijing and went on to receive post-doctoral training at Brown University and Princeton University. His graduate studies focused on environmental biogeochemical processes. In 2009, Dr. Wang joined ZymaX Forensics (now Pace Analytical), an environmental laboratory serving all 50 states and numerous international clients. He joined Alliance Technologies in 2017 as a Senior Scientist and Group Leader, providing project leadership for analytical investigations and managing the chromatography separations group.

Tracy Karpinski, B.S. - Staff Scientist

Tracy Karpinski received her Bachelor’s Degree in Forensic Chemistry at Towson University. After receiving her degree, she has worked in research and development along with analytical testing labs before joining Alliance Technologies. Since joining Alliance, her skills and expertise continues to expand in chromatography (HPLC, GC, GCMS, HS-GCMS) as well as related analytical techniques.

Manjula Ravindran, M.Sc. - Staff Scientist

Manjula Ravindran received her Master's degree in Analytical Chemistry from Bangalore University after a bachelor's degree in chemistry, physics and mathematics. She has worked in various analytical testing laboratories and in the GE polymer R&D center in Bangalore before a stint at the Environmental Isotope Laboratory, Canada. Her experience includes working with various analytical techniques particularly GC,GC-MS,GC-IRMS,ICP-OES and HPLC. At Alliance Technologies, Manjula continues her journey in analytical chemistry as a generalist covering wet chemical analysis, GC-MS, UV/Vis Spectrophotometer, microwave sample digestion and SEM characterization.

Alice Hui, M.S.- Sr. Scientist

Alice Hui received her chemistry degrees from Indiana University at Bloomington (M.S) and the University of North Carolina - Chapel Hill (B.S.). During her undergraduate studies, she studied gold nanoparticle synthesis and applications in an electrochemical laboratory and abroad in a physical chemistry laboratory. Her graduate studies focused on inorganic synthesis and characterization of catalytic systems towards renewable energy sources. Prior to joining Alliance Technologies, Alice worked in a geo-chemistry laboratory investigating metal isotopic compositions of in nanoparticles, soil remediation samples, and earth crust samples. At Alliance Technologies, she specializes in solving unique and challenging problems through ICP-MS, SEM-EDX, XRD, FTIR, and microscopy among other techniques.

Eddie Witlicki, Ph.D. - Sr. Scientist

Dr. Edward Witlicki received a Bachelor’s in Chemistry from the University of Hartford (B. Sc.) and his Ph.D. Indiana University. His undergraduate research focused on functional dendrimers for carbon dioxide sequestration applications, while his graduate studies focused on creating molecular machines and developing plasmonics as a chemical sensing platform. In post-doctoral work, Dr. Witlicki developed ceramic-based materials for safe hydrogen gas storage and release while working at the Harry Reid Center for Environmental Studies at the University of Nevada Las Vegas. In 2013, he joined the Product Development group developing new manufacturing processes and products for the meat industry worldwide. As group leader at Alliance Technologies, Dr. Witlicki provides project oversight of investigational and stability studies and specializes in elemental analysis (ICP, ICP-MS, GFAAS), spectroscopy (UV/vis, FTIR), and thermogravimetry (TGA, DSC).
